PayrollOrg (PAYO) is a national organization of payroll professionals dedicated to increasing the professional skills of its members and to the recognition of the payroll profession as the specialized profession it has become.

What and Who is the Northstar Chapter?

The NorthStar Chapter is an organization of over 400 payroll professionals just like yourself. The NorthStar Chapter of PayrollOrg invites you to join our local chapter.

The Northstar Chapter’s vision is to: “provide an organization for educational, professional support, and development; to prepare and empower members for an ever changing business environment.”

The NorthStar Chapter’s mission is to provide an organization that fosters:

Education of technology and business practices
Professional support
Development and networking
Opportunities for community involvement
Partnership with government and business community

The board is comprised of professionals just like yourself who volunteer their time and talents for the benefit of the organization and its members.

Membership meetings are generally held each month with the exception of December and January. We host an annual conference for payroll professionals throughout Minnesota and neighboring states in October each year. Our monthly meetings and the state conference earn recertification credit hours that can be applied towards the certified payroll professional recertification.
